Halfbody w background commission for Jenndragon

Well, well, I can maybe say that I found a way to draw background that's not as painful as it used to be? My usual way to colour stuff is slow. Deadly slow. I can't always blame my sempiternal laziness: it's a technique(?) that requires time. So, I thought: what if I try to colour backgrounds the way I colored flowers in that commission (maybe you know which one I mean)? So I tried. And it worked. And it was super (well, more or less) fast. It took only one afternoon (if it had taken more time, I would have gave up). The other way would have required at least 3, 4 days. And even if it's not elegantly refined, it didn't came out ugly as I expected. ^{uhmmmm... I wanna try it with people too...}
But the better thing is that realize that I'm able to do plausibile backgrounds increased my self esteem of at least 1 point! ...thing that I want to enjoy as long as I can, until the inevitable breakdown that will follow (it ALWAYS happen, dammit).

But let's comment the character: he has so much fetishes things I like I can't--  Long male hair, my eternal, undying love And the cloak! If it's for me, everyone should wear a cloak. The world should be full of fluttering cloaks everywhere! Cloaks for everyone! *throws cloaks* ^{...because cloaks must flutter}
and let's not forget... *whispers*glasses
